摘要
目的番泻叶联合开塞露在剖宫产术后促进胃肠功能恢复中的临床疗效。方法将100例剖宫产患者随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予番泻叶联合开塞露分别观察两组患者术后肛门开始排气时间并进行分析。结果联合治疗组排气时间明显低于对照组。结论番泻叶联合开塞露在剖宫产术后促进胃肠功能恢复具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of Fan Xie Ye combined with Glycerol Enema in the gastrointestinal function renewing of caesarean birth patients.Methods 100 cases of caesarean were randomly divided to treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）.The control group were treated by only normally therapy. Fanj Xie Ye and Glycerol Enema was observed in two groups. Results The period of exhaust in treatment group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Fan Xie Ye combined with Glycerol Enema in the stomach＇s and gut＇s function renewing of Caesarean birth patients is markedly effective.
