卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸非索非那定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效观察

Clinical observation of combinated BCG-PSN injection with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets for chronic idiopathic urticaria(CIU)

目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸非索非那定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效。方法对照组卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.7mg,隔天1次;治疗组口服盐酸非索非那定60mg,2次/d,卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.7mg,隔天1次;两组均4周为一疗程。结果治疗组有效率83.93%,比较对照组(66.00%),差异有统计学意义。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸非索非那定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of combined BCG-PSN injection with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride tablets for chronic idiopathic Urticaria. Methods BCG-PSN injection 0.7 mg qod was used in the controll group and Fexofenadine Hydrochloride tablets 60 mg twice per day and BCG-PSN injection 0.7 mg qod were used in the treatment group. Four weeks was a course of treatment for both groups.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in effective rate of treatment（83.93% vs 66.00%）. Conclusion Combined BCG-PSN injection with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride tablets for chronic idiopathic urticaria is effective.
