妊娠期高血压并急性左心衰临床观察

The clinical observation of the hypertension combined with acute left ventricular failure in gestation period

目的了解妊娠期高血压并急性左心衰的临床治疗方法,总结临床治疗妊娠期高血压并急性左心衰的经验及注意事项。方法对36例妊娠期高血压并急性左心衰患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果经积极抢救,严密的监护和及时有效的手术,36例患者中,无孕产妇死亡,1例围生儿死亡。结论重视产前检查,着重预防,及早发现和控制心力衰竭,实施剖宫产,必要时使用强心治疗对改善患者的病情有积极作用。

Objective To acquaint the clinical treatments,sum up the clinical experiences and cautions of the hypertension combined with acute left ventricular failure in gestation period.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases with hypertension combined with acute left ventricular failure were analyzed in gestation period.Results 36 cases of patients with appositive and timely rescure and surgery,no pregnant woman died.One case of perinatal mortality died.Conclusion To regard antenatal examination,emphasis on prevention,detect early and control the heart failure,implement cesarean section,use necessary strong heart treatment have positive effect to the patents.
