慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者无创机械通气的护理体会

目的采用无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)呼吸衰竭的患者,探讨其临床效果及护理体会。方法在内科常规药物治疗基础上,采用BiPAP无创正压通气治疗COPD患者。结果治疗前后患者临床症状、生命体征及实验室检查结果pH、PaCO2、PaO2均有显著改善,且无严重并发症发生。结论 BiPAP无创正压通气有助于呼吸改善,正确有效的护理措施对保证通气治疗的效果、减少并发症具有重要意义。做好气道湿化、监测生命体征等护理,有利于提高机械通气的成功率。

Objective To study the clinical effects and the nursing experience in the treatments of the patients of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（COPD）with Respiratory Failure with the therapy of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation（NIPPV）.Methods In additon to the routine medication of Internal Medicine,COPD patients were given the therapy of BiPAP NIPPV.Results The clinical symptoms,vital signs and the laboratory test results of pH,PaCO2 and PaO2 have significant improvement,and there is no severe complication.Conclusion BiPAP NIPPV helps to improve the patient＇s breathing.Correct and valid nursing cares are significant to guarantee the effects of ventilation and reduce complications.Ensuring the humidification of the airway and the monitering of vital signs are conducive to the increase of the success rate of NIV.
