摘要
研究了甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、白油、氟化改性碳酸钙颗粒等改性条件对试样力学性能的影响,比较了复合增韧剂与CPE对试样耐候性的影响。结果表明:复合增韧剂的最佳配方为甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯质量分数2%,白油质量分数2%,10份氟化改性碳酸钙颗粒(以CPE用量为100份计);与CPE相比,复合增韧剂可提高试样的耐候性。
Influences of some modification conditions, such as hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, white oil and calcium carbonate modified by fluorination, on mechanical properties of samples were studied, and influence of composite impact modifier on weatherability of sample was compared with that of CPE. The results show that : (1) optimal formula of the composite impact modifier contains 2 wt% hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 2 wt% white oil, and 10 parts of calcium carbonate modified by fluorination (based on 100 parts of CPE) ; (2) compared with CPE, the composite im- pact modifier can improve the weather resistance of samples.
