摘要
工程规则是工程哲学的基本范畴之一。随着工程哲学研究的不断深入、减免工程事故发生及其危害日益迫切,在理论和实践上关注工程规则成为必然。工程规则研究对于开启和促进工程的知识本体论研究、科学技术与社会(STS)研究、工程哲学的基础研究具有积极的理论意义,对于减免工程事故、促进工程安全、推进中国的和谐社会建设具有重要的实践意义。从本体论、过程论、STS的视角,考察工程规则的知识结构、合理性、生成、运行、变迁、社会文化意蕴等内容,是工程规则研究的具体路径之一。
Engineering rule(ER) is one of the concepts in philosophy of engineering.The theoretical background of ER studies is the development of philosophy of engineering,and its practical background is the deduction of engineering accidents and their damages.ER studies have not only positive theoretical significances to engineering studies from viewpoints of ontology of knowledge,science technology and studies(STS),but also practical significances for deduction of engineering accidents,promotion of engineering safety and construction of a harmonious society in China.One of the feasible ways to ER studies is to explore structure of knowledge,rationality,generation,operation,change and social significances of ERs from viewpoints of ontology of knowledge,process of engineering and STS.
