摘要
根据基于网络的286份调查问卷,分析了情绪智力、冲突管理风格与感知凝聚力三者之间的关系。研究发现,高情绪智力的个人倾向于较多地采取协调的方式处理冲突,而较少地采用退让的方式处理冲突,因而拥有更高的感知凝聚力。多元回归分析结果表明,情绪调节和情绪使用两个维度同协调型冲突管理风格显著正相关,情绪使用和他人情绪评估两个维度同退让型冲突管理风格显著负相关。中介效应检验结果表明,协调型冲突管理风格在情绪智力和感知凝聚力的关系中起到完全中介作用。本研究结论对于促进员工合作及保持良好的员工关系具有借鉴意义。
Based on a web-based survey of 286 questionnaires,the relationship of emotional intelligence,conflict management style and perceived cohesion is explored.The results of regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence was positively related to coordinating style,and negatively related to conceding style,which in turn lead to higher perceived cohesion.Especially,Regulation of Emotion(ROE) and Use of Emotion(UOE) were positively related to coordinating style;UOE and Other's Emotion Appraisal(OEA) were negatively related to conceding style.The testing results of mediating effects showed that coordinating style fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and perceived cohesion.The conclusion has the reference value to keep employees' cooperation and maintain good employees' relationship.
