嗅三针治疗血管性痴呆嗅觉功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Investigation of Olfactory Three Needles for Treatment of Vascular Dementia with Olfactory Impairment

目的:观察嗅三针治疗血管性痴呆嗅觉功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:60例患者均予嗅三针治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后进行嗅觉功能检查、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分、简易智力状态量表(MMSE)评分。结果:临床疗效总有效率为70.00%;治疗后HDS、MMSE评分均有所上升,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);结论:嗅三针能有效改善血管性痴呆嗅觉功能障碍患者的嗅觉功能。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of olfactoW three needles for vascular dementia（VD） with olfactory impairment（OI）. Methods： Sixty cases of VD with OI were treated by olfactory three needles. Before and after treatment, olfactory function was examined for assessment. The scores of Hasegawa＇s dementia scale （HDS） and mini-mental state examination（MMSE） were also used for assessment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate was 70.0%. The scores of HDS and MMSE were increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Olfactory three needles is effective on improving olfactory sensation in VD patients with OI.
