发泡胶在MLCC生产中的应用

Application of Foaming film in MLCC Production

选用一种发泡剂材料A,通过配方比例的调整,制作出一种可应用于MLCC生产的发泡胶。该发泡胶可替代现有生粉膜固定方式,并且产品切割后,在一定温度时间条件下,发泡胶发泡失去粘性,产品自动脱落,分散良好,获得性能外观合格的MLCC芯片。

Select a kind of foam material named A to produce a kind of foaming film which can be used in MLCC production.Replacing the film made of cornstarch with A,the foaming film can be used to fix MLCC bar preventing it from loosing during laminating and cutting.After cutting,the foaming film will lose its stickiness by certain treatment,then the MLCC chips can fall off from the film and will not adhere each other.The MLCC chips made by the foaming film have good performance.
