摘要
针对国内传统的一对一的康复训练不能满足日益增长的康复训练需求的问题,研究设计了基于虚拟现实的网络化远程康复训练机器人系统。该系统引入虚拟现实技术使康复训练界面生动活泼,将运动疗法和心理治疗有机地结合在一起,解决了传统康复训练的枯燥乏味;引入遥操作机器人技术使医生可同时远程监控多个患者的康复训练,医生通过语音与患者端进行对话交流,并根据患者端传递过来的视频图像和训练数据对多个患者的治疗方案进行及时调整,解决了“康复训练患者多,治疗师少”的问题。临床实验表明该系统具有有效性和可行性。
A networking remote rehabilitation training robot system was designed to solve the problem that current domestic one to one rehabilitation training is hard to meet the increasing needs of rehabilitation training. This system introduces the virtual reality technology, which makes the interface of rehabilitation training more vivid and combines the exercise therapy and psychological treatment organically to solve boredom and ennui of traditional rehabilitation training. It also introduces the remote robot technology to help doctors monitor several patients' rehabilitation training simultaneously. With the aid of this technology, doctors could communicate with patients through the video terminal and make timely adjustment of treatment according to the video images and training data received from the patient-side, so that this research eventually solve the problem of "many patients and few therapists". The clinical experiments show that the system is effective and feasible.
