创伤骨科专家诊断治疗系统的研制

The development of trauma orthopedic diagnose and treatment expert system

目的研制创伤骨科疾病的计算机诊断治疗专家系统软件。方法 采用Microsoft Access数据库和SQL语言将创伤骨科疾病资料编成适合计算机语言和程序编写的格式,编入相应的诊断治疗知识库,在病例资料录入过程中,通过推理机推理完成病例资料的诊断治疗过程,通过系统维护完成知识更新和系统升级。结果 经过临床300例骨折患者初步验证,已经指导临床骨科医师进行病例的诊断治疗。结论 创伤骨科专家诊治系统软件可以迅速获得创伤骨科病例的明确诊断,规范化的治疗方案,对患者建立电子病例档案,方便后期资料查询、病历统计、后期随访、管理,方便临床医疗和教学,更有利于临床科学研究。

Objective To develop the diagnose and treatment software of fracture. Methods We turn the dates to computer language with Microsoft Access dates bank and SQL language , then can acquire the diagnose and treatment dates with the inputting of the case dates. Results The software are use to help the clinical orthopedic in 300 cases. Conclusion The software are advantage to acquire the dates of diagnose and treatment. The established electron records to patients are convenient to dates inquest,case history statistic ,follow -up visit, information managing, especially convenient to clinical treatment ,teaching and clinical research .
