中国内地回族等四个穆斯林民族人口状况分析

A Population Analysis of the Hui and other Muslim Ethnic Groups in China's Mainland

回族、东乡族、撒拉族、保安族都是中国内地信仰伊斯兰教的少数民族。四个民族的人口分布和居住格局具有鲜明的地域特征和民族特色。回族是仅次于汉族的分布最广的少数民族,回族的传统聚居地以西北为主,但回族人口在各地的流动性较强。东乡族、撒拉族、保安族分别聚居在甘肃省临夏回族自治州的东乡族自治县、积石山保安族东乡族撒拉族自治县、青海省循化撒拉族自治县等地,居住相对集中。对这四个民族的人口指标和历史变化进行分析研究,可以总结和发现中国穆斯林民族社会、经济与文化的变迁与时代性发展。

The Hui,Dongxiang,Salar and Baoan are the Muslim minorities in China's Mainland.The population distribution and the living pattern of the four minorities have distinct regional characteristics and the minority characteristics.The Hui is the most widely distributed minority next to the Han people.The Hui minority people mainly inhabit in the northwest,but they often move from one place to another for making a living.Dongxiang,Salar and Baoan inhabit respectively in three autonomous counties in Gansu and Qinghai.By the analysis and research about the population index and the historical changes of these four minority groups,we can discover and conclude the social,economic and cultural changes and development of Chinese Muslim communities.
