畲村农业产业化组织模式的完善与创新——基于浙江景宁畲族自治县惠明寺等畲族村落的调查

On the Perfection and Innovation of Agricultural Industrialization Organization Pattern of She Village——A Field Work based on She Villages in Huimingsi,Jingning She Ethnic Group Prefecture

基于景宁畲族自治县敕木山区惠明寺等畲族村落的田野调查与相关文献资料的相互观照,认为加快畲村农业产业化进程、缩小畲汉发展差距的关键,应从三个方面对畲村农业产业化组织模式予以完善和创新:其一,发挥畲区政府职能优势,完善"公司+农户"组织模式;其二,健全畲村基层传统正式组织,强化集体经济组织经营能力;其三,培育畲村新型经济合作组织,强化内源性制度创新力量。

Based on field work of She Villages in Huimingsi,Jingning She Ethnic Group Prefecture and related literature,the author argued that the key is to speed up agricultural industrialization of She village and bridge the gap between the She ethnic group and the Han.Three measures could be taken to perfect and innovate the agricultural industrialization organization pattern of She village： first,bring into full play of local government function of the She village and perfect organization pattern of ＂company plus farmer＂;second,perfect traditional formal organization at basic level and strengthen management ability of collective economic organization;third,cultivate new economic cooperation of She village and enhance innovating power of interior system.
