通窍活血汤加减治疗脑梗塞80例

Clinical Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on Cerebral Infarction

目的观察通窍活血汤治疗脑梗死的效果。方法 80例脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予通窍活血汤,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予丹参注射液,两组均10日为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组为73.68%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤加减治疗脑梗塞有较好的疗效,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group（n = 42） and the control group（n = 38）,the treatment group was given symptomatic therapy and Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.The control group was given symptomatic therapy and salviam iltiorrhiza injection.Results The total effective rate was 90.48% in treatment group and 73.68% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05 ）.Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue decoction could treat cerebral infarction effectively,this way is worth to promotion.
