乙型肝炎外周血Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2表达失衡的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Expression Imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 in Peripheral Blood of Hepatitis B Cases

目的探讨Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2细胞因子在乙型肝炎中的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术分析乙型肝炎患者外周血不同T淋巴细胞亚群中细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-4)的表达,分别比较急慢性乙型肝炎以及慢性轻、中、重度肝炎IFN-γ、IL-4表达水平的变化。结果慢性肝炎Th2、Tc2细胞高于急性肝炎(P<0.01;P<0.05);相对于轻度组,中度Th1、Tc1以及重度组Th1、Tc1均有升高(P<0.01),相对于中度组,重度组Th1、Tc1亦有增高(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论乙型肝炎外周血Th2、Tc2与炎症慢性化有关;随着慢性乙型肝炎活动程度的加剧Th1、Tc1细胞逐渐增多。

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 cytokines in hepatitis B cases.Methods The different T cell subtypes（IFN-γ,IL-4）were assessed by flow cytometry.The levels of Th2 and Tc2 between acute and chronic hepatitis B,between slight,moderate and severe chronic hepatitis B were analyzed.Results The levels of Th2 and Tc2 were higher in chronic hepatitis B than those in acute chronic hepatitis B（P0.01;P0.05）.Compared with the slight group,the levels of Th1 and Tc1 were higher in the moderate and severe group（P0.01）.Compared with the moderate group,the levels of Th1 and Tc1 levels were higher in the severe group（P0.05;P0.01）.Conclusions The levels of Th2 and Tc2 levels are associated with chronic inflammation in hepatitis B cases.The levels of Th1 and Tc1 increase with the increased inflammatory activity in hepatitis B cases.
