白介素-2治疗肾癌的护理体会

Nursing observation of interleukin-2 in treatment of patients with renal cancer

目的探讨白介素-2治疗肾癌的临床疗效及护理原则。方法对中国医科大学附属第四医院收治的131例肾癌患者应用白介素-2治疗,评价治疗疗效并总结护理原则。结果 131例肾癌患者接受IL-2治疗后,86例患者达临床有效,42例达疾病稳定,仅3例患者疾病进展,临床有效率为65.6%。所有患者不良反应发生例次为97例(74.0%),其中局部疼痛发生51例(38.93%),发热24例(18.32%),胃肠道反应13例(9.92%),皮疹7例(5.34%),毛细血管渗漏综合征2例(1.53%)。结论白介素-2治疗肾癌的临床疗效显著,但不良反应发生率较高,应加强用药前后护理干预以改善治疗疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and nursing principle of interleukin-2 in treatment of patients with renal cancer.Methods 131 patients with renal cancer were treated with interleukin-2.Evaluating the clinical efficacy and nursing principle.Results 131 patients after treatment of interleukin-2,86 patients achieved objective response,42 patients achieved stable disease,only 3 patients achieved disease progression,the clinical response rate was 65.6%.97 patients had adverse events,including 51 cases（38.93%） with local pain,24 patients（18.32%） with fever,13 cases（9.92%） with gastrointestinal reactions,7 cases（5.34%） with skin rash and 2 cases（1.53%） with apillary leak syndrome.Conclusion Interleukin-2 in treatment of patients with renal cancer had a better clinical efficacy,but with high incidence of adverse events Narsing intervention should be strengthened before and after treatment.
