摘要 目的探讨脑卒中患者早期肠内营养支持及护理方法。方法选择早期脑卒中患者68例,分成实验组与对照组。实验组给予早期积极的肠内营养支持,对照组采用传统的营养方法。治疗2周后,观察患者营养状况,监测血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白等含量。治疗期间给予精心的护理,预防并发症的发生。结果实验组患者的营养状况优于对照组,血清总蛋白、白蛋白等含量高于对照组;并发症发生情况,实验组较对照组也明显减少。结论早期积极的肠内营养支持治疗与护理,在脑卒中患者治疗中具有重要作用。 Objective To discuss the entered nutrition support and nursing methods in patients with early cerebral apoplexy.Methods 68 patients with early cerebral apoplexy were chosen and were divided into study group and control group accordingly.The patients in study group were given early positive enteral nutrition support,while the control group the traditional.Two weeks after treatment,patients were observed in terms of total serum protein,serum albumin,and hemoglobin content.Intensive care was given during the treatment in order to prevent the occurance of complications.Results Nutritional status of the study group was better than the control group.Total serum protein,albumin levels were higher than the control group.Complications in study group was much less than the control group.Conclusions Early positive entral nutrition support the ropy and nursing is important in treating patients with cerebral apoplexy.
