实践性指导和演示性指导在造口患者家属健康宣教中的比较和体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的选出一种更为被患者家属接受和学会的粘贴造口袋的方法,减少护士宣教时间,减少患者家属学习时间,增加造口袋的使用时间,减少患者费用。方法将50例膀胱全切尿路造口的患者家属随机分为两组,一组采取护士演示尿路造口袋的粘贴方法,即护士操作家属在一旁观看;另一组采用实践性操作方法,即手把手教患者家属粘贴造口袋的方法,根据各种指标进行统计学分析。结果实践性指导更容易被患者家属接受,患者家属平均1.3次就能学会,护士宣教时间平均每位家属30 min,此组家属粘贴的造口袋平均使用时间6.5d,明显优于演示组,节约患者更换造口袋费用。结论采用实践性指导即手把手教患者家属粘贴造口袋比演示性指导即光由护士操作家属在旁边观看更好,更容易被患者家属接受。 Objective To investigate a method of plastering ostomy bag that is easier accepted and learned by family members of patients.Methods Clinical data of 50 families of total cystectomy patient with stoma.The patient's families were divided into two groups,which were nurse demonstration group(25 cases)and self-manipulation group(25 cases),then statistical analysis was based on various kinds of index.Results Self-manipulation was easier accepted and learned by family members of patients.The patient's families were able to manipulate on the average of 1.3 time,the evenness time of nurse demonstration was 30 minutes with every patient′s family,and this group′s ostomy bag of evenness using time 6.5 days,that was obviously advantage ous over nurse demonstration group and exes of pations were saved.Conclusions Self-manipulation is easier accepted and learned by family members of patients and saves the exes for pations
