目的探讨影响ICU综合征发生的因素,制定并实施相应有效的护理计划和措施,预防和减少ICU综合征的发生。方法观察患者在ICU住院期间出现与原发疾病无关临床症状,利用护理程序缓解ICU综合征对患者影响。结果通过对患者施以全程、全方位的临床护理,患者出现ICU综合征减少,缩短在ICU住院时间。结论病因分析、合理用药及切实有效的护理措施是预防和减少ICU综合征发生的重要手段。

Objective To investigate the factors affecting ICU symptom,make up the efficient nursing plan and measure,prevent and reduce the happening of ICU symptom.Methods To observe the patient′s clinic symptom during staying in ICU,not relating to primary disease.Nursing can weaken the effect of ICU symptom to the patients.Results Apply to full range and monolithic clinical nursing can reduce ICU symptom and the time staying in ICU.Conclusion Etiology meta-analysis reasonable drug use and effective nursing can reduce ICU symptom incidence rate.
