清热利湿活血化瘀治疗慢性前列腺炎100例研究

Treatment on chronic prostatitis with traditional Chinese therapy:A report on 100 cases

目的:研究运用中西药结合治疗,其中中药采用前列清热通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效。方法:随机分2组,A组采用中西药结合治疗,B组采用单纯西药治疗,进行治疗前后疗效和中医症状评分的统计学分析。结果:A组(治疗组)治疗后4周中医症状评分明显好于B组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率92%,B组总有效率84%。2组总有效率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗、其中中药采用前列清热通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎要明显好于单纯西药治疗。

Objectives：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods：Fifty cases were treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine（group A）,50 cases were treated by western medicine（group B）.The total scores of TCM symptoms were compared between 2 groups before and after the treatments.The treatments lasted for 4 weeks.Results：The total scores of TCM symptoms of 2 groups presented significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）,group A’s score being higher than Group B’s.The total effeciency was 92% in group A,and 84% in group B,the differences between group A and group B being significant.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese medicine Qianlieqingretongyu tang with western medicine can greatly improve on pain,urination symptoms and quaulity of life.
