正交设计法优选川芎挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺 被引量:28

Research on Optimum Preparation Technology for β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound of Volatile Oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong by Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的:优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合川芎挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以β-CD与川芎挥发油的比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为综合评价指标,优选最佳的包合工艺,并对包合物进行验证。结果:川芎挥发油的β-CD最佳包合工艺为挥发油-β-CD(1∶8),搅拌2 h,45℃下包合。结论:所建立的方法稳定可靠,挥发油包合率较高,适用于含川芎药材制剂的剂型改进。 Objective : To optimize the preparation technology ofβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion compound of volatile oil in Rhizoma C!luanxiong. Method: The study was carried out with L9 (34) orthogonal design, using three indexc ,ncluding the proportion of volatile oil to/^-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors, to evaluate the volatile oil utilization efficiency, inclusion yield and inclusion oil content compre- hensively, then choose the best preparation technology and validate the inclusion compound. Result:The optimum preparation condition for inclusion was established as : the ratio of volatile oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong toβ-CD was ( 1: 8) ; the temperature was at 45 ℃ and the stirring time was 2 h. Conclusion : The preparation procedure of in- eluding volatile oil was stable,reliable and was suitable for improving dosage form of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
