黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗消渴血痹68例 被引量:6

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for Treatment of Xiaoke Xuebi in 68 Cases

摘要 目的:探讨消渴血痹的中医治疗方法,有效的治疗该病,降低其致残率。方法:将68例病人随机分为2组,治疗组基础治疗结合中药黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗,对照组单纯西医治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果:治疗组效果明显优于对照组,2组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗消渴血痹疗效较好,值得推广。 Objective:To discuss traditional Chinese medicine treatment for Xiaoke Xuebi,to find the ef-fective treatment for the disease,and to reduce the morbidity.Method:Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.The control group was purely treated by western medicine.Therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated for the two groups.Result:Effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control.There was significant difference in total effectiveness between the two groups(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is good for treating Xiaoke Xue-bi,and worthwhile for generalization.
