旁正中入路单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎退变伴不稳 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨旁正中入路单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定（TLIF）治疗腰椎退变伴不稳的效果。方法采用TLIF治疗退变性腰椎疾病45剜并进行疗效观察。结果术后随访8—30个月，平均18个月，骨融合率为100％，优良率92％。结论TLIF治疗腰椎退变伴不稳融合率高，可早期康复。
