旁正中入路单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎退变伴不稳 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨旁正中入路单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定(TLIF)治疗腰椎退变伴不稳的效果。方法采用TLIF治疗退变性腰椎疾病45剜并进行疗效观察。结果术后随访8—30个月,平均18个月,骨融合率为100%,优良率92%。结论TLIF治疗腰椎退变伴不稳融合率高,可早期康复。
