健康教育和康复训练对髋臼骨折术后肢体恢复的影响 被引量：6

摘要 髋臼骨折是骨盆骨折的一种特殊类型，具有骨盆骨折所共有的临床特点和治疗标准。它也是高能量创伤的结果。常伴有其他脏器的损伤和多发骨折。同时髋臼属关节内骨折，具有关节内骨折所共有的追求解剖复位、早期功能锻炼和重建负重与活动双重功能的要求。髋臼骨折主要发生在青壮年中，常因暴力作用于股骨头和髋臼之间而产生的结果，如车祸、坠落伤、挤压伤等所致暴力通常有四个来源：
