摘要
心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床症状群，是各种心脏病的严重阶段，发病率高，5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿。长期以来，对心力衰竭的研究和评估侧重于心脏收缩功能的异常，而随着研究的深入，人们发现大约有一半具有典型心力衰竭症状的患者的左心室射血分数（LVEF）在正常范围内。
