金宇物流公司营销策略研究

摘要 南京金宇物流公司已形成了一套完整的营运网络,不仅建立了市内各营业点,并相继与全国近百家网络建立了良好的合作关系,保证了客户货物及时准确到达。但金宇公司在管理中还存在着装运程序不规范,物流信息系统有缺陷等问题。金宇物流公司应正确认识现代物流与营销、销售及服务的关系,提升自己的服务质量,树立适合企业发展的营销理念,制定正确的营销策略,完善物流过程中的各个环节,更好的利用第三方物流降低企业成本,从而使企业立于不败之地。 Jinyu Logistics Company in Nanjing has formed a set of integrate operation network, establishing business outlets in Nanjing city and better cooperation with nearly one hundred network companies all over the country, which guarantees the arrival of clients' goods timely and accurately. However, there are some problems in the company, i.e. non-standard in shipping procedure, imperfect in logistics information system, etc. In a word, the company should recognize the relationship between modern logistics and marketing, and sale and service correctly, improve its service quality, build a marketing concept suitable for company development, make correct marketing strategy, improve all the links of logistics, make full use of the third party logistics to decrease cost, and help itself development successfully.
