摘要
针对目前电磁超声检测中存在能量转换效率低、信号微弱等未得到有效解决的问题,研究了电磁超声的脉冲激发方法以解决这些问题,并取得了良好的效果。在实现单次脉冲激发的基础上,研究了电磁脉冲的连续激发,并搭建了连续激发电路,这种激励方式易于分辨发射波和缺陷回波,并且能使能量集中于所需的频谱范围内,可达到较高的能量转换效率。
According to problems exist in electromagnetic ultrasonic test,such as low transduction efficiency and weak signal,which do not solve effectly,the fellowship member researched exciting fashion of electromagnetic pulse instead of conventional excting fashion to solve these problems,and reached some achievement.The paper mainly researches continuous pulse based on the exciting of single pulse,and constructs circuit of continous exciting,this exciting fashion is not only easy to distinguish transmit signal and flaw signal from echo signal,but also fasten can energy on appropriate channel rangle,and increase energy transduction efficiency.
