摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,利用LabVIEW软件开发一套应用于民用飞机振动测试分析的动态信号分析仪。通过对该仪器的控制和参数设置,实现自定义信号模拟输出和数据的实时采集、分析处理与显示。具有时、频域分析和通过3种方式获取系统频率响应函数等功能,该虚拟仪器界面美观、操作方便、层次清晰、功能强大,能够基本满足民机振动测试分析的需要并为更加复杂仪器的开发研制提供了思路。以飞机结构试验件频率响应函数测试为例,证明了该套系统的有效性。
Based on virtual instrument technology,the system of dynamic signal analyzer is developed by LabVIWE which is used for civilian airplane vibration measurement.Being controlled and setting parameters,the instrument is able to implement signal analog output,acquire,process,and show the real time signal.The instrument owns the function of time and frequency domain analysis,and obtaining the frequency response function with three different methods.The virtual instrument,characterized by aesthetic interface,convenient operation,clear hiberarchy and powerful functions,offers the means for designing the complicated instrument.The thesis takes the measurement of frequency response function as example to prove the validity of the system.
