摘要
润滑油的水污染是发动机发生故障和寿命降低的重要原因之一,因此,有必要对其进行监测,掌握其污染信息,从而预防和减少发动机故障,延长其使用寿命。提出一种基于介电常数法的润滑油水融组分监测装置的设计,主要采用信号发生芯片ICL8038和集成运算放大器LF356完成,提出了2套设计方案并进行了比较分析,在此基础上确定了最终方案。经调试后,该电路精度可达到0.119V\PF,输入输出曲线基本为线性,误差在5%以内,效果较好。
Water pollution of lubricant oil is an important cause of breakdown and short-lifespan of engine.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the status of lubricant and master the pollution information to prevent breakdown and extend life of engine.The paper presents an instrument for measuring the water content of splashing lubricant oil in the engine,which is based on dielectric constant method.It primarily uses chip ICL8038 who generates signal and integrated amplification LF356.The final scheme is established based on comparison and analysis of two initial plans.After debugging,the accuracy of the circuit can reach up to 0.119 VPF,the input-output relationship is almost linear,the error is within 5%.
