青岛国际贸易中心钢骨柱深化设计及加工制作技术

THE DETAIL DESIGN AND FABRICATION PROCESS OF STEEL REINFORCED CONCRETE COMPOSITE COLUMN OF QINGDAO INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE CENTER PROJECT

以青岛国际贸易中心工程制作为例,通过对钢骨柱结构的分析研究和"王"字柱的制作工艺控制点的制定,提出了此类构件设计节点优化措施、加工精度、变形控制等要点和方法,降低了工程制作难度,节约了构件制作成本,为该类复杂构件的设计和制作提供了宝贵经验。

Taking the project of Qingdao International Commerce Center for example,through analysing and researching the column structure and dertermining the cotrol point of fabrication process for ＂王＂ profiled column,it is proposed the method and key point for the member,such as the optimization measure,fabrication precision,the deformation control and so on,so as to reduce the fabricaiton difficulty and save the cost,which provides valuable experiences for designing and fabricating such complex members.
