摘要
为使改性沥青的技术性能有所提高,在工程应用中既能增加其路用性能,减少路面易产生的车辙、开裂、坑槽等早期破坏,又能减少养护次数,节省工程费用,进行了改性沥青配方的设计优化。从基质沥青与改性剂的配伍性、改性沥青的热储存稳定性和改性沥青的性能三大方面进行研究,通过在选取的三种AH-70重交石油沥青中掺加三种SBS改性剂(YH761、YH791-H、道改2号)和两种稳定剂(wdj、WT),对改性沥青的主要技术性能指标(针入度指数、软化点、5℃延度等)进行综合比选,从而得出每种基质沥青最适合的改性剂和稳定剂及其最佳掺配量,使改性沥青性能最优,可从根本上解决沥青面层高、低温稳定性和局部损坏等问题,从而延长路面使用寿命。
In order to improve pavement performance of modified asphalt in the project application, to reduce the early damage of the road such as rutting, cracking, pit, also reduce the periodic of maintenance and the cost of the project, we completely do research on the formula optimization design of modified asphalt prepatation. There are three parts: the compatibility of base asphalt and modifier, thermal storage stability and properties of modified asphalt composition. We choose three kinds of AH -70 heavy wheel loads junction petroleum pitch, amixing three kinds of SBS modifier (YH761, YH791 - H, Road - Modifier #2 ) and two kinds of stabilizer ( wdj, WT), to compare the main indexes such as PI、softening point、 ductility,etc.So we find that the most suitable modifier and stabilizer can make the modified asphalt performance best by their prefered blending amount to every base asphalt. This can solve the problems which sustainance stability of asphalt surface layer under high or low temperature and partial damage occurrence, then extended roadway service cycle life.
