纤维素醚类稳定剂对乳化沥青的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 研究了分别添加纤维素醚类乳化沥青稳定剂羟乙基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠的乳化沥青的性能,考察了稳定剂在乳化沥青体系中的微观结构及其在乳化沥青中的作用。结果表明两种稳定剂都可以提高乳化沥青的恩格拉粘度和常温储存稳定性,其中羟乙基纤维素能更大幅度提高恩格拉粘度,但羧甲基纤维素钠能更好的提高乳化沥青的储存稳定性。两种稳定剂对蒸发残留物延度都有降低的趋势,其中前者降低较多。 The performances of emulsion asphalt were researched which was individually added stabilizer of cellulose ethers including Hydroxyl Ethyl Cellulose (HEC) and Caboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) . The microstructure and action of stabilizers in emulsion asphalt were studied. The results show both HEC and CMC can increase the viscosity and storage stability in room temperature of emulsion asphalt, in which HEC can increase viscosity greater, but CMC amend storage stability more. Both stabilizers decrease the ductility of evaporating residue of emulsion asphalt, and HEC decrease more.
