摘要
以硫酸钛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、乙二醇(EG)为原料,采用微波法制备了TiO_2光催化剂。在间歇式光催化反应器内,用亚甲基蓝溶液模拟有机废水,在高压汞灯光照下,研究TiO_2光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解过程。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅立叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR)测试技术,对TiO_2光催化剂的结构、形貌进行分析表征。研究结果表明,微波法合成的TiO_2光催化剂具有很好的光催化性能:70 min内用3 g/L光催化剂对初始浓度为20mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液进行光催化降解,TiO_2光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的光降解率达到98.74%。
Using titanium sulfate, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) ,and ethylene glycol (EG) as the raw materials, TiO2 photoeatalyst was synthesized by microwave. Using methylene blue simulating organic wastewater, and high voltage mercury lamp simulating sunlight, the degradation of methylene blue by TiO2 photocatalyst was studied in a intermittent photocatalytic reactor system. Microstructures of TiO2 were studied by XRD, SEM and FT - IR. The reaction of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in solution was studied, too. The results indicated that TiO2 prepared by microwave had the best photocatalytic properties, the degradation rate of methylene blue could be 98.74% in 70 minutes when photocatalyst concentration is 3 g/L, initial concentration of methylene blue is 20 mg/L.
