摘要
美国的本域增强系统(LAAS)是至今唯一投入运行的全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)应用于民用航空精密进近和着陆的无线电导航系统。它经历了在技术研发基础上的概念确立、标准制定、效益分析报告、完善性算法验证和系统认证等关键环节,最终实现了GNSS在民用航空精密进近和着陆中的应用。LAAS的应用将推动GNSS最终成为被世界各国民用航空共同开发和利用的全球单一的导航和定位系统。
Local Area Augment System(LAAS)in America harnesses Globe Navigation Satellite System(GNSS), and is the first and by so far the only radio navigation system in field operation for precision approaching and landing aids in civil aviation. LAAS has gone all the way through the critical activities concept definition based on technical innovation, standards formulation, benefit-analysis report, integrity algorithm verification and system certification, and as a result, it makes possible the application of GNSS in precision approaching and landing phases in civil aviation. The application of LAAS would let GNSS become the global single navigation and positioning system developed and applied by every country in the world.
