摘要
分别以人际障碍、消极情绪以及压力3个方面作为出发点,探讨研究生心理障碍与体育锻炼的相关性,旨在研究体育锻炼对研究生心理障碍产生的影响.结果表明:研究生心理障碍与体育锻炼显著相关(P<0.05),研究生中运动与非运动群体之间,人际障碍、消极情绪以及压力均存在非常显著差异(P<0.01);不同等级的运动量,对压力的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),而对人际障碍、消极情绪的影响均有非常显著差异;锻炼项目对于人际障碍以及压力的主效应不显著,但对于消极情绪的主效应显著.
Correlation of mental disorders with physical exercise in postgraduates was investigated,in regards to interpersonal barriers,negative emotions and stress.Potential influence of physical exercises on psychological barriers was addressed.It was found that psychological disorder and physical exercise are significantly correlated.Significant differences in interpersonal barriers,negative emotions and stress were detected between sporting and non-sporting postgraduate populations.Impact of varied levels of physical activity on stress was not significant,but had significant effect on interpersonal relationship and negative emotions.Impact of exercise programs on interpersonal relationships and stress was not significant,but significant on negative emotions.
