摘要
1000MW机组需要适应调峰,采用高压变频技术提高水泵在非设计流量时的运行效率是满足凝泵系统运行灵活性和适应性的最佳选择。结合工程设计的实践经验,从技术可靠性、投资费用、运行费用等方面进行分析比较,提出平顶山鲁阳发电厂凝结水泵变频配置方案。
The 1000 MW unit is required to adapt to cycling loading.The high frequency conversion technology is an optimum choice for satisfying the agility and adaptability requirements of condensate pump system through improving the operating efficiency of the pumps under undesignated flow.Based on the practical experiences of engineering design,the paper makes a comparison analysis from technical reliability,investment costs,operating costs and other aspects and proposes an inverter configuration scheme for the condensate pumps of Pingdingshan Luyang power plant.
