摘要
目前,配电网结构日益复杂导致传统馈线速断电流保护的保护范围大大缩小,无法实现全线速动。结合配网自动化的实施,提出了一种10kV馈线快速保护的方案,基于光纤通信,对馈线终端单元和保护动作逻辑提出了具体要求,提出了一种简单实用的故障判据,能够在变电站10kV馈线出口断路器保护动作之前实现故障的定位、隔离,然后由主站完成故障的修复和恢复送电工作,可有效解决低压配电系统上下级保护定值不易配合的问题,并能提高供电可靠性。
At present,the complex structure of distribution network has significantly reduced the scope of quick-break current protection of the traditional feeder line and make it impossible to realize the fast protection of the entire line.The paper proposes a fast protection scheme of 10 kV feeder line with the implementation of distribution automation(DA).Based on the fiber optic communications,some specific requirements are proposed for feeder terminal unit(FTU) and protection logic.A simple and practical criterion is also specified in the paper,which can realize the fault localization and fault isolation before breaker protection action begins,and help the master station complete the repairing and resume the power transmission work.This criterion can effectively solve the problem of difficult coordination between upper and lower protection settings of low-voltage distribution network and improve the power supply reliability.
