三峡地下电站840MVA/500kV变压器专用换位导线制造工艺

Manufacturing Technology for Special Continuous Transposed Conductors(CTC) in 840MVA/500kV Transformers of Three Gorges Underground Power Station

摘要 根据三峡地下电站主变采用的自粘半硬换位导线技术要求,为更好地满足线圈绕制需要,采用铜导体二次改拔新工艺成功实现了高屈服强度漆包扁线制造。经过对大量的导电漆的查询、试验、筛选与比对,找到了适应变压器运行环境的屏蔽悬头导电材料。通过自主创新和优化设计,制定了具有特殊结构的带屏蔽芯自粘换位导线制造的工艺方法和生产流程。根据大截面多线芯换位导线的特点,改进了工艺方法,顺利实现了换位升层,防止了导线变形和受损。 According to the technical requirement for bonding semi-harden continuous transposed conductors(CTC)applied in the main transformers of the Three Gorges Underground Power Station,and in order to satisfy the need of winding,a new technology of "copper conductor second changing cold-drawing" was implemented and the manufacturing of high proof strength enamel flat wires was realized.Through a series of conductive enamel inquiries,tests,screening and comparing,the suitable screen suspending-head conductive materials were found.With self-innovation and optimized design,technical methods and production procedures for the bonding CTC with screen core bundle and special contracture were formulated.According to the characteristics of large-section and multi-bundle CTC,technical methods were improved and raising and transposing of CTC layers were realized,so as to prevent conductors from deformation and damage.
