基于硬件的无位置传感器无刷直流电机启动新方法 被引量:1

A New Hardware Method of Zero Start-up of Sensorless Brushless DC Motor

摘要 针对传统的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制的起动需采用复杂的软件、成本高、定位不准确、容易堵转的缺陷,提出了一种通过检测线电压差获得转子位置的方法。提出的方法能在2%的额定转速下准确检测到转子位置,从而可以利用简单硬件电路实现电机的快速启动。理论分析和实验表明:提出的方法与霍尔传感器一样能保证无刷直流电机快速大转矩、小抖动、无堵转的平滑启动。 Considering the fact that zero start-up of snsorless brushless DC motor need the complex software and high cost price,and inaccurate location,a method is presented which the located rotor extracte by detection the line voltage difference,the method can accurate detection the rotor position at 2 of the roting speed.So,the DC motor rapid start by simple harsware circuit.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the method has the effect as same as Hall sensor in the event that ensure the DC motor start-up quickly and microseism,and no locked rotor.
