摘要
以实证研究方法探讨高校开设的拓展训练课程对大学生正确地认识自我、发展自我及社会适应能力的影响和作用。实验结果表明:高校拓展训练课程训练对大学生自我概念的形成和改善有较大作用,尤其是对学生体能自我概念、体表自我概念和情绪自我概念具有显著的影响,对大学生的社会自我概念、学业自我概念以及社会适应能力的影响效应不显著。
The article discusses how the develop training course lead the college students to know themselves,develop themselves and conform to the society by empirical analysis.The experiment shows that the develop training course plays positive affect on the students' physical self-concept,periphery self-concept and emotion self-concept,but has no affect on the social self-concept,learning self-concept and social adapt ability.
