摘要
目的回顾性分析21例原位W形回肠代膀胱术的疗效。方法对施行的21例原位W形回肠代膀胱术患者,进行随访,观察疗效及生活质量。结果 21例患者手术顺利,夜间遗尿2例,血生化正常。结论原位W形回肠代膀胱术有效地提高了患者的生活质量,易为患者接受,值得临床应用,推广。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effects of W shape orthotopic ileal neobladder.Methods 21 patients with W shape orthotopic ileal neobladder were follow-up.Results Success has been achieved in all without major complication,two cases of night enuresis.Conclusion The W shape orthotopic ileal neobladder are effective and reliable treatment for patients.
