摘要
目的建立动态浊度法测定参芪扶正注射液中细菌内毒素的含量。方法采用中国药典2010年版一部附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果将参芪扶正注射液进行1→16稀释后可消除对鲎试剂的干扰作用,回收率均接近100%。结论应用动态浊度法测定参芪扶正注射液中的细菌内毒素含量是可行的。
Objective To determine endotoxin in Shenqi Fuzheng Zhusheye by dynamic turbidimetrie assay. Methods Inhibition or enhancement test for bacterial endotoxins test were used according to China pharmacopoeia 2010. Results Shenqi Fuzheng zhusheye （1→16 solution） showed no interference in the test and the recovery was about 100%. Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test for Shenqi Fuzheng Zhusheye by turbidimetric assay has been established.
