金银花药材加工方法与商品规格等级调查

目的研究金银花药材的加工方法与商品规格等级。方法采用查阅本草文献、近代和现代中医药文献,到金银花、山银花主产地进行实地考察,对全国主要药材市场、部分城市的金银花销售、使用情况进行调查。结果金银花在古代的干燥方法为阴干法,近代为晒干法,现代为烘干法与杀青烘干法。阴干法、晒干法与当今社会化大生产不相适应,阴干法已被淘汰,晒干法只在植物来源为忍冬Lonicera japonica的金银花的三、四茬花中使用,杀青烘干法能适应当今社会化大生产的需求,应大力提倡。目前全国各药材市场金银化商品规格为以产地命名的统装货出现频率最多。结论建议对金银花的商品规格等级分类进行修改,并建议中国药典在药材性状项下增加商品规格等级内容。

Objective To study the processing methods and commercial specifications of honeysuckle.Methods We retrieved ancient,recent and modern Chinese medical literatures,made field investigation in the production areas of Lonicera Japonica and Lonicera confusa and investigated selling and using situations of honeysuckle in predominant markets and some cities.Results Honeysuckle drying methods were shadow drying in the antient times,sun drying in recent times,while in modern times,baking and deactivation drying.The former two did not satisfy large scale socialized productions,while shadow drying method was eliminated and sun drying method was applied to 3 or 4 craps of honeysuckle from Lonicera japonica.On the other hand,deactivation drying method should be promoted for the sake of large scale socialized productions.At present,bulk cargo of honeysuckle named after the production areas dominated all medicine markets in China.Conclusion This paper suggests the classification of honeysuckle commercial specifications and inclusion of this content in Chinese pharmacopoeia under the medicinal properties.
