摘要
目的探讨生理驱动型仿真模型在创伤性休克护理综合性实验中的设计及应用。方法利用生理驱动型仿真模型对83名护理本科学生开设创伤性休克患者的护理综合性实验,融护理学基础、健康评估、护理礼仪、护理沟通等课程的相关理论和技能于实验教学中。由研究组成员设计理论测试试卷,于综合性实验前后分别对学生进行测试,并拟定问卷对学生进行调查。结果综合性实验后测试成绩为(9.03±1.10)分,明显优于综合性实验前(P〈0.01);学生对运用生理驱动型仿真模型模拟创伤性休克病例进行护理综合性实验教学给予了较高的评价,认为提高了实践动手能力、评判性思维能力、团队合作能力及对基础知识、基本技能的综合运用能力、增强了学习专业知识的积极性,培养了急救护理的初步能力。结论应用生理驱动型仿真模型进行教学,有利于学生综合能力的提高。
Objective To explore the application of the high-fidelity patient simulator in training of nursing for patients with traumatic shock.Methods The high-fidelity patient simulator was used in the teaching of nursing for patients with traumatic shock,and 83 nursing undergraduates received this teaching method.The students' theoretical knowledge was examined before and after the experiments respectively,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students' experience on the high-fidelity simulation teaching.Results After the comprehensive experiments,the students improved their theoretical knowledge(P0.01),and the score of theoretical examination was 9.03±1.10.The students thought that the new teaching method improved their practical ability,critical thinking ability,cooperation ability,and integrated applied ability,strengthened their learning enthusiasm in professional knowledge,and cultivated their first aid ability.Conclusion The high-fidelity patient simulation teaching can improve nursing students' comprehensive abilities.
