社区老年人拒绝敏感性的质性研究

The qualitative research of age-based rejection sensitivity in community

目的了解和分析社区老年人拒绝敏感性的现状,找出可操作性老年人拒绝敏感性的概念。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对沈阳市5个小区的14名老年人进行半结构式深入访谈、现场录音和笔录,将获取的资料进行整理分析。结果采用类属分析法提炼出5个关于社区老年人拒绝敏感性问题的主要概念：工作领域或雇佣决策、与家人相处、接受社会服务、与年轻人接触、参与团体活动。结论研究结果找出了社区老年人拒绝敏感性问题的主要维度,为评估现阶段沈阳市社区老年人拒绝敏感性的现状,进而采取有效的护理干预以促进其心理健康的发展、生活质量的提高及社会健康老龄化的实现提供了科学的依据。

Objective To explore the current status of age-based rejection sensitivity in community and identify workable concept of age-based rejection sensitivity.Methods Phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used,14 aged people from 5 communities in Shenyang participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews,live recording and transcription.The results were analyzed.Results Using generic analysis method,we extracted 5 main concepts of age-based rejection sensitivity in community as follows：workplace and hiring decisions,relations with family members,accepting social service,interactions with young adults,and taking part in group activities.Conclusions The results identified the main dimensions of age-based rejection sensitivity,which provides a scientific basis for assessing the status of age-based rejection sensitivity in community and taking effective nursing intervention to help aged people to actively adapt to social life,improve their quality of life and help to implement healthy aging of the society.
