The application of PET-CT in tumor diagnosis and treatment strategies

摘要 正电子发射断层显像一计算机断层显像(PET—CT)是当今医学影像研究的热点,目前已经被广泛应用于肿瘤学领域。文章着重介绍了PET—CT在恶性肿瘤诊断与治疗决策中的作用,尤其是^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(mF-FDG)PET-CT显像在肿瘤分期、治疗决策、疗效与预后评估、放疗计划、肿瘤残留与复发监测以及在肿瘤个体化治疗中的应用和优势。 A hot research topic in medical imageology is PET-CT. It is widely used in oncology. This article focuses on the role of PET-CT in tumor diagnosis and treatment, especially the applications and advantages of mF-FDG PET-CT imaging in tumor staging, treatment strategies, curative effect and prognosis evaluations, radiotherapy planning, residual and recurrent monitoring and personalized therapy of tumor patient.
