摘要
软件专业的毕业生面临的就业问题越来越严重，但企事业单位对软件人才的要求也越来越高。如何提高软件专业学生就业的竞争力，成为了独立学院计算机系一个重要的问题。笔者在独立学院从事多年的软件专业人才培养模式的制定工作，对独立学院软件专业设置也初见成效。该文论述了笔者的一些心得体会：如何更好地培养学生使他们走上工作岗位后，少走弯路，能够尽快地融入企业．为社会缓解一些就业带来的问题。
