热加工变形量对T15钢力学性能影响的研究

摘要 为了优化工艺与提高高速铜的性能,对高速钢T15进行了不同的热加工变形,其变形量分别为0%,27.7%,46.0%,59.7%,测试了高速钢T15的硬度,抗弯曲度,冲击韧性。结果表明,对热等静压粉末冶金高速钢来说,热加工不仅改变铜材的尺寸和形状,而且能够改善材料的性能。在本研究所选取的范围内,变形量为46.0%时获得了较好的综合力学性能。变形量并不是越大越好,当变形量增大到一定程度后,继续增加变形将不会有变化。 In order to optimize the process and improve the performance of high speed steel, high--speed steel T15 were thermal processed with various deformations, being 0 %, 27.7 %, 46. 0 G, 59.7%. The Hardness, bending strength and impact toughness of high speed steel T15 were measured. The results showed that for high speed steel by hot isostatie pressing, the thermal processing not only changed the size and shape, but also improved the material performances. In this study, the selected range,46. 0% of deformation can obtain better mechanical properties. Deformation is not the bigger the better, when the deformation increases a certain extent, more increase the deformation will not improve the properties.
