摘要
HX-150型冷却循环水系统是H-800透射电镜的一个附件，发生故障后导致电镜无法工作，本文分析了故障的原因，并提出了维修改造方法，经改造后，运行情况良好，操作简便且节能效果显著．
HX--150 water cooling circuit is one of the key accessories of H--800 TEM, working trouble of which resulted in the operation failure of electron microscope. In this paper, maintenance and reformation method was proposed based on the analyzing the causes of the trouble. After refomation, the system works well and sound energy conservation effect achieved.
