摘要
1概述颅外生殖细胞瘤（germ cell tumors,GCTs）是一类发生于颅外、起源于原始生殖细胞的良性或恶性肿瘤,而原始生殖细胞来自于胚胎生成期的卵黄囊组织[1]。GCTs在儿童期罕见,约占15岁以下儿童恶性肿瘤的3%,
